We hit Fl again yesterday and the action was slower for us on the bigger splake. We did catch a quite a few small splake which is normal on the west side and did manage a bucket full of perchies. Needle fish and finkes tip with chub or perch meat were the hot lures. No rainbows - which was odd for us.
We had to ditch the 4-wheeler trailer to get in - the drifts were to deep for the trailer. I wish they would plow the road at 7 AM instead of at noon [mad]
The lake has a good 10 inches of snow over 15 inches of ice on it and if it snows too much more 4-wheelers will be a no-go on the lake.
