[ol] [li]2 pounds of your favorite fish [li]one stick butter [li]2 cups pre-cooked rice, wild, brown, white (cooks choice) [li]one top of a large brocolli cut from the stem [li]cayanne pepper to taist [li]salt to taist [li]boreto shells [li]cocktail sause[/li][/ol]


in a skillet melt butter add fish salt and pepper, cook till tender and flake add rice and brocolli.

lay on shell and rap.

adding cheese before the rap is optional but taisty (I prefer pepper jack)

place in oven at 400 for 5 minutes to brown shell and melt cheese




to make this a low cal - low colestoral meal steem the fish till done then flake and follow the rest of the directions.




serve this dish with fresh sliced fruit, or fruit salad.

beverage - I would sugest a dry white wine.




the above recipie can even be rolled in to egg rolls [Tongue]
