5 lb. Strawberry Cutt - and a very proud kid

My dad just got a scanner that can scan slides, and he has a ton of old slides he's been digging through. He sent me this one from when I was probably like 13 or 14 I would guess. It's my biggest trout -- a 5 lb. Cutt from the Berry. I still remember catching it on a good 'ol worm and marshmallow combo from my dad's canoe.

That's a memory I'll never forget. Make sure to take your kids fishing!!! They'll remember it the rest of their lives![]

That's so awesome! I still remember my first big fish when I was younger. 15 years ago my mom and dad took me down to the jordan by the pump house. My dad was doing something so I grabbed his pole and ripped the hook into the fish. Five minutes later I had a big fat carp on the bank. Then my dad smacked him over the head and cut him up. Oh the memories!
