Well we decided to hit lincoln again for some more eyes .Mrs ocean ended catching her biggest channel cat ever .I finally broke my bad luck streak at utah lake and caught my first eye there![sly] Sam caught 2 mudcats and had some big brute that took her into the rocks.Thats what happens when you dont keep your rod tip up![pirate] Well it frayed the line and broke off.I met a guy there and he had been there all day and not a bite.I told him the method a guy showed me the night before and he ended up with 2 nice eyes and a couple of mudcats. His friend showed up a little later and he got a nice size eye too before he left.We all had several hits all night long to bad we didnt have a lantern to keep an eye for the strikes.Maybe we could have caught more fish. Hey Ocean, nice fish! Congratulations on your first eye. I love the pics. Were they this weekends pics on Saturday 4/2 or the night of Friday 4/1? I didn't notice a full moon this weekend.

hi cesar heres a tip for nightfishing put some clear blue fluorescent fishing line on your reels buy a battery operated black light and use that instead of a latern and your line will glow like a old black light poster works great

Lisa doesnt know how to take pics ! Plus my batteries died after her pics. All i can say is that those 2 reels are awesome![sly] Very smooth i love the drag and the whuppin sticks did just that whupped on some fish. They are good for jigging with the rod tip being sensitive to every bounce and have a backbone to haul them bigguns in.Lisa thought it was a smaller fish because she had such a easy time bringing the channel in.But the bend in the rod told me it wasnt.Going to see how the whupping sticks hold up to a kingfish or tuna .
