Fished from ?? 3:00-7:00, inside the harbor we caught a few w/bass, outside the harbor we caught a few "beady eyes" (mud cats) and a couple of good cats. The w/bass hit 3" twister tails, beady`s on shrimp and cats on minnows....good luck!
