There was no problem taking my four wheeler out this morning, I didn't even sink an inch. When I tried to leave at noon that was a whole different story. I buried the four wheeler in easily a foot of slush or should I say snow on top of a foot of water. The strawberry river was flowing pretty good at 530 when I finally left. the fishing was real good before noon. I will be back up in the morning to try and drive my wheeler of of what I hope is frozen. I was able to lift it up and put in on some solid snow, I also cleaned out all the slush from around the wheels. Any suggestions if the lake dont freeze enough tonight.

Ouch! sounds like things are becoming a bit sticky on the Berry...
Things should be alittle more solid in the morning but one thing that may help (I know it works in deep snow) is to let most of the air out of the tires- this will help to prevent the tires from "diggin' in" and once you get going- give her he-- & don't stop till you're in the clear...
or maybe a kicker motor... PB

In the immortal words of Homer Simpson, I think your 4 wheeler situation calls for a serious "D'OH!!!". [sly]

Hey James,
Interested in hearing "The rest of the story". Were you able to get your four wheeler off of the ice?

I had to leave the four wheeler overnight. I went back up thursday morning and had no problems driving it back off the ice.
