FLOUNDER AND STRIPERS ON LONG ISLAND

[sly] We did well this weekend with Schooloie Stripers for some great catch and release angling on Lon islands North shore. we used Fly rods with white clousers and decievers taking the most fish. and we used light tackle with bucktails and sluggos. The fish ranged from 1-10 lbs. The season opens April 15th. We then switched to FLOUNDER fishing in the back of the Harbors and managed 15 keepers to 2 lbs. You must move around and chum like mad!
