lincon beach 2-25

Well I decided to head to lincon beach last night instead of D.C. because of the rain. We got there about 7pm and fished until dark.It was my wifes first time catfishing and we were able to hook up a couple of small channels in 2 hours of fishing.We used shrimp on the bottom.We had missed a few few other hits but it was nice just to be out fishing. On a side note when did all of the NO trespassing signs appear on the west side of lincon beach?? how does one own lake sore??? I noticed alot of my old fishing spots are now private and it really sucks..[mad][mad]

FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND YOU CAN OWN THE HIGHEST SHORE LINE BUT NOT THE WATER SO IF YOU WERE ON A BOAT ,TUBE, ECT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. NOW AS FOR WALKING IN THE WATER WITH WADERS I HAVE NO CLUE.
