Do any of you post on either one of these sites? I've seen a few of you on both sites but for me, I like the DWR site the best, it is set up similar to BFT. There are a couple of guys that always keep posting about Willard. I've never seen those user names on this site, so I was just wondering if they were here but don't post or have different user names on this site. One of them is a tournament walleye fishermen, I think his user name is Crankem. WH2

I occasionally post replies on the dwr site. I check Doug Millers site, but I can't remember ever posting there.
There's a few others that I check, but don't post on.

So far I like myflyfishinglife.com, and I'm sure it'll get better and better as more people get involved. It's nice to have a forum where people can discuss fly fishing without all the b.s. of one upmanship.
I've missed flyfishing, and now that my kids are old enough, maybe I can get them interested in it.

I was Grandpa D on the DWR site before I found BFT. I could not use that user name here because it was already taken. I like both sites because there are some different people on each of them besides the crossovers like me. The DWR site is also a little more fly fishing oriented than here. I have learned a lot about warm water fishing here at BFT, from some very knowledgeable folks. I'm happy to visit all three sites from time to time. Doug needs to have some Mods to help keep his site going or it will die.

[cool]I post on both of them once in a while. Same moniker as I use here. I think the thing with those two sites is the info is usually a little old (reports), and there's not much interaction (especially dougs board). There seems to be more people with questions than those that report about their trips. People ask a ton of questions over there, but then never report on how they did after getting answers to their questions. It's more of a take-take, rather than give and take, if that makes any sense.
I prefer this board by far. CBR's board is pretty good too. Lots of fish pics is what I like the best about his board which is outdoorsgonewild.com.

Thanks everyone for your replies, I feel the same way most of you do. We have the best site right here, with more info shared, even if there are a lot of folks that look and don't contribute. WH2
