[black][size 3]We got there at 630 and asked the state fella where their hitting the smallmoth. He said head up to the north end where it was shallow. Good advice, so we put on the rain gear and headed into the 15-20mph winds for a half hour to get there. Found great bedding areas but NO beds.Fished there for an hour and started to work the shoreline back. Got fed up and started to troll for trout to find a hump or hole that held fish. Found two but no hits wackyworming, jigging,spoons fished verticly. Met up with others while trolling and they had only 1 fish per boat. Bobct got a 6"bass but wouldn't let me take a pic. Fourth time up there for me and skunked every time. I'll be staying closeto home from now on. Two more weeks till VT. I know theres fish there.[
