Logan river flows

Anyone been to the Logan river lately? I am eager to park the boat and get some fly fishing in on the upper logan ( below red banks of coarse). I am curious how clear and fast the river is flowing from card canyon up to the confluence of Temple fork. Thanks for any info.

Drove up Logan Canyon yesterday and it is high but clear. I figure you could find a place or two to fish.
