Lake Canyon Reservoir???

Didn't the F&G develop a reservoir up Lake Canyon (west of Duchesne) a couple of years ago? I thought I remembered reading about it in the quarterly magazine they have, but I can't find anything about it.
Does anyone know what I am talking about, or am I crazy?

Hey RC,your not crazy [crazy] I fished it last year,didn't catch anything,but saw alot fish on the sonar, before W kicked us off. Its a small lake but deep on the east side, thats where I saw all the fish.
Check the proclamation, artificial only.

I hunt up in this area. It is a nice little lake. Pretty long drive though. I believe they planted this lake with some tigers (trout) last year. Haven't heard of anyone catching any though. They are using this lake for a Cut throat broodstock progam. See link.

Thanks for the info guys. So is this the upper reservoir (I looked on a map and saw one in the mouth of the canyon)?

Yes, It is the upper resevoir. the lower one is private.
