Has anyone been to Starvation in the last couple of weeks? I am going up Thursday. Any reports on Smallies or Wallies would be appriciated. Any of you fished it at night yet this wonderful weather year? Thanks.

The good thing about this board is there is a lot of info on it, the best way to use the info is too always check back a few days when you have a question about a certain lake. Magaman made a report a few days ago about Starvation, it is on the page before this one:

fished a tournament there last weekend. Seen alot of eyes and 10-11" smallies. An occasional 12+ but for the most part they are all dinks. Fished plastics real slow on the bottom. Heard of some catching a few on surface lures but for the most part they were a bit inactive due to a approaching storm that hit us late Saturday. Dark Greens and Chartruese colors worked best for us. We didn't tasrget any of the walleye, but those that did had success. one guy did say the eyes just hadn't warmed up yet he recommended next month for good walleye.
