NORTH SABINE: Trout are good under the birds in the middle of the lake on Carolina-rigged live shad, Sand Eels and Bass Assassins when the wind allows. Redfish are good under the birds on glow and chartreuse plastics. Stripers are good in the river on fly and on shad.

SOUTH SABINE: Trout are good under the birds and while drifting scattered shell on pumpkinseed Bass Assassins and Sand Eels. Bull redfish, whiting, black drum and croaker are good on mullet and shrimp off the Causeway Pier and at the jetty. Flounder are fair to good around Blue Buck Point on jigs tipped with shrimp.

BOLIVAR: Flounder are fair to good on the bay side of Rollover on live mud minnows and dark- colored plastics. Redfish are good on finger mullet and shrimp along the south shoreline and in Rollover Pass.

TRINITY BAY: Redfish are good on gold spoons, live shrimp and limetreuse Bass Assassins, Trout Killers and Sand Eels along the grass on the north shoreline. Trout are fair to good while drifting 6-8 feet of water on plum plastics.

EAST GALVESTON BAY: Trout and redfish are fair to good on spoons and soft plastics on the north shoreline when the wind allows. Trout are fair to good on the refuge shoreline on live finger mullet and live shrimp.

WEST GALVESTON BAY: Trout, redfish and flounder are good for drifters working the mouths of bayous on live shrimp and mullet. Flounder are fair to good at Sea Wolf Park on live bait. Trout are fair to good under the birds in West Bay.

TEXAS CITY: Trout, flounder and sand trout are good at night under the lights from the piers. Redfish are good on live finger mullet in Moses Lake. Croakers are good on fresh dead shrimp around the rocks.

FREEPORT: Redfish and black drum are fair to good on dead shrimp at East Union. Redfish, flounder, whiting, and croaker are fair to good on shrimp at San Luis Pass.

EAST MATAGORDA: Trout are fair to good over scattered shell on red shad and chartreuse Trout Killers, Bass Assassins and Sand Eels. Redfish are good in the middle of the bay on spoons and shrimptails.

MATAGORDA: Trout and redfish are fair to good on the south shoreline on gold spoons, soft plastics and live shrimp. Redfish are fair to good in the holes and guts on the shorelines on spoons and shrimptails.

PORT O'CONNOR: Redfish are good at the jetty on live finger mullet. Trout and redfish are fair to good while drifting deep shell on live shrimp and plum soft plastics.

ROCKPORT: Trout, redfish and black drum are fair to good on the shell in Carlos and Mesquite Bay on live shrimp under a popping cork. Trout are fair to good while drifting the Estes Flats on live shrimp and spoons. Redfish are good in California Hole on crabs and mullet.

PORT ARANSAS: Flounder and redfish are fair to good from the jetty on finger mullet and live shad. Sheepshead are good on live shrimp around the rocks. Redfish are good while drifting the East Flats finger mullet and shrimp.

CORPUS CHRISTI: Redfish are fair to good from the beachfront on finger mullet. Trout are fair to good in Nueces Bay on live shrimp under a popping cork. Redfish and black drum are fair to good from the Oso Bridge on shrimp.

BAFFIN BAY: Black drum, redfish and trout are fair at the Land Cut on live shrimp. Trout and redfish are fair to good in the Humble Channel on piggy perch and shrimp.

PORT MANSFIELD: Trout, redfish and flounder are fair to good in the channel on live bait. Trout and redfish are fair to good on the flats on live shrimp and spoons.

SOUTH PADRE: Trout, redfish and snook are fair to good in South Bay on live shrimp under a popping cork. Trout are fair on electric blue Sand Eels, Bass Assassins, Trout Killers, live shrimp and finger mullet in the holes at Laguna Vista.

PORT ISABEL: Redfish and black drum are fair to good at Holly Beach on finger mullet and live shrimp under a popping cork. Trout and black drum are fair to good in the Intracoastal on live shrimp and piggy perch.
