Well hit the rock cliff area in my tube sat and sun. Was blowin off the lake both days. Perchin was excellent when I could stay in one spot long enough. Nothing big buts lots of action. Bass fishin was a bit slower with only one or two (1 sat 2 sun) in the 12 to 14 in range. Bait nightcrawlers and perch, fished below a curly tail, tube, or senko. Haven't tried this setup before but it worked well enough. Had a few doubles with the perch, now that was fun.

Today I took out the toon I picked up Sunday afternoon at Sportsmens. Spent a good part of my fishing just learning how to control it. Lots of bites very little catching. I did learn how to hold steady in the wind. Down side was no hands for the rod. I guess I will be putting that anchor system to use next trip out. For those interested it's a 9 foot Out Cast (sportsmens brand) w/ trolling motor mount and anchor system. Hmm I wonder if that 5 hp eska is too big?
Oh yeah I caught on rainbow today 18" fatty. A real blast on that ultra light rod I picked up at the expo.

Hey Don I had a blast. The boats just to big for one person to handle. Well I guess I could, cause I have, but floating is so much more fun.
