New Personal Pontoon Craft!
#1
[Wink] I don't know if this has already made it to this forum but in case it has not here it is. The all new "Alabama" model pontoon boat. It is the latest technology in personal pontoon craft. It will most likely become the must have for those elitist fly fishing guys.

What do you think that six pack sized open flat spot right next to the captain's chair is for ? The BEER ! [Tongue]

I don't know why, but, to me it's just obvious this is designed to be a short range vessel - no need to make room for more than a six pack or to worry about keeping the beer cold for any length of time - she'll be back in the slip at the marina before number six is dry.

Now the craft in TD's post could be more of a cruise vessel - notice the chaise lounge and all of the creature comforts and accoutrements that one would expect on the longer duration charter fishing type.

Hey TD - that Bama dude does look remarkably like one of my fishing buddies from down UL way('cept my associate don't have such a fancy craft) - so, maybe you have kind of seen him. Next time your down there and you think you see him, tell him "High" from me and the hounds - he'll know who your talking about. And, don't let him anywhere near the contents of your cooler. Last time I talked to him, he was trying to cut back to just one case a day.
