Got there at 430pm and threw out a couple of minnows.Man those minnows i bought were in bad shape.They were all dried up when i opened the package but they looked the best of what i had to choose from.That maybe one reason why i didnt get any bites.I ended up leaving at 6pm because it didnt look to good with the bait i had.Cant wait till scofield and e-lake thaw out so i can load up on red sided minnows.Theres nothing like fesh bait.There was a guy there fishing also he was there since 12pm and not a bite.He was using minnows and worms.So i dont feel as bad now .Just another 2-3 weeks cant wait!![cool]

[cool]Speaking of getting great chub minnows, has anyone heard from Chuck (Fishhound) lately? Seems like it's been a few months since he's been on the board. He must be skiing his brains out up at Alta. Gonna have to go with him out to "the secret spot" out West to get a nice supply of them. Also look forward to catfishin' with him this year too...
