that is what the bounty is on the head of some individuals who have been mutilating dogs and dropping them off on the road side in the outskirts of detroit.
so far 9 dogs have been found.
what I dont understand is why none of these animals have been reported missing.
I have a therie, a couple actualy, [ul] [li]first but not likley but still probable is that they are the loosers of a dog fighting ring in detroit. yep it still exist
to say. [/li] [li]second less likly than the first but still prabable is an anti religous accult [/li] [li]third is as sickening as the second and probably more probable than the second is a sick individual who is working his way to building up the nerve to commit a truly hanous crime against some group.[/li] [li]forth and most probable of all is some one who is providing a dog removal service to some detroit citisens after a recent law just went in affect outlawing potentialy visious dogs with out expencive permits and expencive yard development to contain the animals. taking the dog to the animal control and dropping them off to be put down is expencive to say the least.[/li][/ul]
which one of the four is it? that is any ones guess, but I tend to follow recent strings of events as my prime path of investigations and then work my way back to the least likley.
