King Salmon Lake Huron

[font "Comic Sans MS"][black][size 1]My wife is from Rogers City, we will be going there again this year, to visit and do some fishing. Last few years we have been using the lures we fish with for Kokanee Salmon here in Wyoming and doing really well, as long as I beef up the hooks and leader line stregnth. Here I use flashers and mister twister prop lures, rigged with about a 16" leader a few beads and a treble hook tipped with a meal worm. First time I tried this I stopped at the bait shop looking for meal worms and the guy had never even heard of them. He did have wax worms, and when I told him what I'd be using them for he laughed and just gave me the worms, saying they wouldn't work, well they did, great! He wanted to know what a mister twiter prop lure is and how it was rigged and I just gave him a few. How was the fishing on Huron last year? [/size][/black][/font]
