Canyon Lake: Water gin clear; 68 degrees; 905.74':
Largemouth are good to 5 lbs. early, late and all day under cloud cover in 6'-12' over mainlake flats and areas with timber using white Terminator stainless spinnerbaits, Daquiri JDC Skip-N-Pop topwaters and pumpkin-chartreuse Whacky Sticks.
Smallmouth are fair to good along ledges in 10'-20' on rootbeer JDC grubs, pumpkin Devil's Tongues and smoke-red tubes.
Stripers are slow.
White Bass are fair in 30' jigging 1/4 oz. Pirk Minnows, Tiny Traps and 2" Spoiler Shads.
Crappie are good at the fishing pier on minnows.
