Has anyone used the new DAIWA Sealine X Series Reels? Braided lines? <br><br>

Hi Web,<br>Funny you should ask about the braided lines...I've been trying Fireline 30# on a Penn squidder for fishing the Elizabeth Islands down off Cape Cod. I cast & drift with live eels and I know folks say, "Let the fish take some line before you set", but so far the hits I've had were fast and jarring, one nearly knocked the rod completely out of my hand...there's NO give to that line & I'm using circle hooks (5/0) so I'm not looking to set anyway. What's your experience been?<br>Haven't tried the Daiwa reel but I get around to lots of other forums & I'll keep an eye out.
