Well I have been to Scofield twice so far, once im May and once in April. It was very nice out there, the fish are biting, if your shore fishing either go by the rocks on the south west end of the lake past the damn, or go to the beach area which is on the South West side of the lake just past the town of Scofield. People say the egg sacks are working really well, others go by the worm and marshmallow, I used power bait after trying everything else without success, I got there late, the fish really bite during the morning. Orange glitter power bait works wonders out there, I also used Minnows and caught em with that. The rainbows from shore are nice, I only caught fat 15-18 inchers.

hey dude if ya got a boat try the points west of the state park and throw minnie's into the shour.. worked real well 2 weeks ago..

thanks for the info. will be fishing from shore. i thought about using minnows anyway.
