[cool][#0000ff]It never did show a closeup of the fish, but the final scene, after the chomp, where the fish rolls before boogying, the back part of the fish and the tail look like a northern pike. They are found all over Europe so it could well have been a pike...and they do gots teeth.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Reminds me of when I lived down in Arizona there was always something in the local paper about someone getting bit by a rattle snake. There were some interesting statistics compiled by the hospitals in the area. 1. Most rattlesnake bites were the result of people handling the snakes...not accidental bites while in the outdoors. 2. Many of the bites were "alcohol related". 3. A high percentage of the bites were on the hands, just as the "snake handlers" were letting the snakes go.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Maybe that fish was part rattlesnake.[/#0000ff]

I hear you about the rattlers. When I worked in the ER, we would usually see one or two snake bites each year, and I think everyone I saw was from someone trying to handle the snake! Talk about a pain in the arse taking care of someone bit by a snake! Stupid antivenin is hard to mix, a pain to give, and most people will get quite ill from the serum! If you ask me, the cure is worse than the poison! When I run into a rattler, I usually let my Benelli do the "handling" for me![cool]

It looks like a pike, when it plays back in slowmo, you can stop it and see the top of the head and eyes. later chuck
