Got up there late on Saturday, so my friends and I decided to go out at Midnight and fish.. Well we boated about 15 in about an hour and a half. Using white jigs and some that glow in the dark.

Then the storm blew in the next day ( Saturday). Went out Saturday evening with the dritboat at Renegade. Wind blowing and cloud cover. Used a dark green jig and caught some fish in about 20' of water. Finished that evening catching 10 with my 7 year old out fishing me.

Sunday morning wind, snow, and cold. My boys hung in there for a few hours and the green jigs seemed to do pretty good again. Caught 8 and then wen to eat breakfast! Evening was the same.

Monday was the best for the weather but we couldn't catch nothing!!! My 7yr old had a hog on first thing and lost it and that was it. Threw the kitchen sink at them and nothing!! Two boats were doing good that morning and they were using Power bait that was an orange and red rainbow. I had orange, yellow, and green rainbow and they wouldn't touch it!!! Crazy. Only caught 2 rainbows the whole time. Sure was fun.

I can't figure out when you actually got there Saturday night or Friday night?

Any way I thought the weather was alot worse on Saturday than it was on Sunday but you couldn't beat the weather on Monday. Where we caught fish Saturday and Sunday we didn't have much action on Monday so we had to do some scouting it took an hour or two but it paid off.

Where did you fish Monday?

Thanks for the report.
