Well, I am hitting the Berry tomorrow afternoon. After reading different reports, it seems like it is a little slow right now. I did go get some pointers and jointed rapalas that I am excited about using though. Is it true the cutts are spawning? And if so, does that mean it is not worth going right now? I am going to be on a toon. Any advice would be appreciated.

One of my buddy's was up there yesterday, and did really well early in the morning throwing rapalas towards the shore... said he caught most of his fish in 8 ft of water. As it got later in the day he went to 20 ft of water and jigged a 3" tube tipped with a crawler or shiner, and caught several more.
Good luck on your trip, and let us know how it went.

It is tough fishing right now like Flycasting said fish shallow. We did pick some up in the early morning in 26' of water It wasn't real fast fishing so we moved, I wish we would of just stayed in the same area instead of thinking we could do better some where else.
