Fished the lower provo above bridal veil, used sinking rapalas. caught 13 between the two of us. nothing of size 8-13 inchers. fun though lost some decent size ones. next time huh

Ya repalas are the best thing to use in Provo river. Sounds like you did pretty decent considering the water level.

"above bridal veil" - that is in Provo Canyon, over 15 miles from the lake.
