[cool][#0000ff]There is a regulation that forbids running rivers in Utah with anything less than a "rated" 9 foot or larger 'toon. But, it does not seem to be strongly enforced. In the olden days you could see all kinds of donuts and other craft bobbing down the current.[/#0000ff]
