open water???

so i will be in slc this weekend and wanna get in a couple hours of fishing sunday morning but i wont have any of my ice stuff. whats still open enough for me to fish a little bit around scl? deer creek or jordanelle have ice on the edges yet? or hows the fishing on the provo between deer creek and jordanelle?????

[cool][#0000ff]You can find open water (and trout) at both Deer Creek and Jordanelle. Lots of planters but plenty of hefty holdovers too.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Haven't heard how the fishing is on the Middle Provo but the flow has looked good the last couple of weeks when I go by. I hear the flow on the lower Provo is really low.[/#0000ff]
