Scofield Today
#1
Made my first ice trip this year. Was afraid it was going to be a big storm, but luckily it didn't hit until I left at 3 p.m.. I began fishing around 8 a.m. where the dam arm opens into the main lake. Not very good for me. Caught probably around 10 fish and missed quite a few. Most about 10 inches and a few over 15. Jeez, the fish were biting light. I tried from 11 to 28 feet of water, but no one hole was the honey hole. Tried ice flies, white tubes, and all the other usual producers. I just couldn't figure them out today. Powerbait was the only somewhat consistent bait. Oh well, there's always next time.

Thanks for posting your report 77, too bad the catching wasn't better. Hopefully your next trip will be better. WH2
