Fished Causey with Lunkerhunter2 on thursday got a late start didnt get there till after 11am. tooks a bit to get into the fish but once we did it was on we iced between 40-50 kokes between the 2 of us. ice was 4in thick.

went back up friday with flycating and got into the dink splake early but then the kokes came through and it was almost non stop for a couple hours. used small ratso jigs. in 50 ft of water. sorry no pics from today forgot to put memory card back in camera. kokes wern't very big between 10-11.5 inches

cool deal. Any tips on getting into those kokes? I was reading ealier this week, just a dodge (no hook) down it's own hole to help. Any other tips. I've got no fish finder.
2" of ice doesn't sound like much. Is the ice clear?

I think I misread your orginally post. I thought I saw 2-4" of ice.
I'm hope to be on the ice, fishing at the crack of dawn. So 7-8ish

Fished casuey again today saturday 12-23. fishing was alittle slower today then it has ben the last 2 day. meet up with fishingwaters and polokid and crew up at the lake, fishing waters got a nice brown and so did Chandler Polokids friend. we caught a bunch of koke and some peasky splake

Talk about differance in night and day. was very slow today hit the hard water with djremo, lunkerhunter2, elkaholic and all are boys. hardly anything on the finder and very few bites,

Hello Petty,
Thanks for posting pics of my kids fish. We had fun. I smoked the Kokani, Yum Yum ! Maybe we will see you on the ice again this Winter. Rob has got me addicted to this, we catch fish everwhere we go.
