Video ... Wayne Gustavison on Filleting Powell Stripers

[font "Comic Sans MS"][size 2][#002850]I had the opportunity to watch Wayne Gustavison's "Fishing for Stripers at Lake Powell" at the Sportsman's Expo last Friday.

One of his links was to a pretty decent video on filleting stripers. I thought some of you, like me, might enjoy it:

That is a good way to get nice boneless fillets. Works good for Catfish but remember to get the bellys and cheeks on the big ones. But most of all that knife proof glove is a huge improvement. Its not perfect but neither is getting tendons reattached.
