Bear Lake ice

I just read this on the dwr site,i hope it true! I would sure like to be fishing over there on Saturday!!

"The Ice off is taking place as I type, the wind came up today pretty good and is pushing the ice to the East Side. My guess is the edge of the ice mass is near 1/4 way across and moving! The Rock Pile is fishable again!!!! Just dont plan on Launching on the East Side for a while."_________________

Ck out the Bear lake web cam in the morning. This evening(Wednesday) before dark the ice had blown back toward the West side of the lake. It might be dangerous to try it this weekend unless the wind blows it back to the East side. You never know what could happen by Sunday but be careful if you go up.
