ECHO BOAT LAUNCH?

JUST WONERING IF ANYONE HAS BEEN BY ECHO AND SEEN IF THE LAUNCH IS OPEN YET? I'VE TRYED TO CALL EVERONE AND NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A ANSWER OF WHEN THEY OPEN IT?

I was there last Saturday, and there was a boat up where the Weber comes in. Don't know if that helps. He had to have launched from somewhere.

I drove around the whole lake and neither boat ramps were open, although i did see two boats on the water. (I guess they had "special" access) so i just went to The rock (see post)
