Road to East Canyon

I was wondering if anyone knows if the road from Parleys to East Canyon over Big Mountian pass is open yet. Also, if that road is still closed, is the Jeremy Ranch road usable for towing small boats through there? Is it muddy, dry, snow packed?

My wife and I went the Jeremy Ranch bypass road to East last weekend, there was some rutts and holes in the road, but easily passable. It was dry for the most part.

The road that goes past little dell was still closed on Sat. when I drove up there.
