Aquaman and I went to SC today with the pontoons, fished from 1230-430 Pm.Five nice Cutts (Fishcrazy 5,Aquaman 0).Sc is wide open!water temp was 38 degrees, made for some cold feet, plus Aquaman found he had leaks in his waders.Saw fisher persons at CC east,The Ladders, and Jakes bay.Looked crowded.

Glad you were able to get some to say hello. I went up this morning for a bit and had some nibbles, but none wanted to hang around much. Sure was nice up there today!

That's a pricey trip there Randy. Did you get the seat mount in your boat fixed?

You were throwing pointers in weeds again from shore. You can't work a lure retriever from the bank. Try inline spinners like Panther Martins or Blue Fox. These always used to work good from shore. Plus, I would wade out and try to hit the ice with my casts. Becarefull though, you step in a hole water comes over the top of your waders and shrinkage will be your next problem.

I tried Black marabou jigs, but got them all on a white tube jig.If I had had a black marabou on when I got into them, that would have done the trick also I think.

When were you there? We launched from the main boat ramp, and the only ice I could see from there was over by the Dam.
