Willard Bay

Went to Willard last night for a couple hours, fished the West side.
The Wipers were a little picky, but I ended up catching five Wipers and Kelly caught one Wiper, all fish caught on a 3" maniac minnow in color#040 rigged on a 1/8 oz orange round head. We threw Pointers, lipless cranks and Spinner Baits with no takers.
The fish wanted it slow!!

You guys did better than me. I went out this morning in the hurricane force winds and only had one hit. The wind was so bad that boat control was impossible. Maniac you were right it looks like the fish have moved out of my spot. Oh well I'll have to find some more when I get back from Powell.
