SHELL BEACH 6 DAY REPORT
#1
Well with the winds continuing to blow without a sign of it letting up plan B, the hunt for redfish was a good option, only one problem, most of my customers book for trout this month and many reschedule if we can't get out after them . Everyone knows that this is the time of year for getting after the trout in the Sound, but high winds and dirty water make it impossible so it's into the Biloxi Marsh for some hard pulling action. Had quite a few reschedules, but these are a few that braved the winds.
5/12....Martin and his group put together a nice box of reds and trout together ending the day with 12 reds and 25 trout.
5/15....Phil and his group also had a decent day catching 9 reds and 15 trout.
5/19....John and the guys got blown around but still managed to put a nice box together with 10 reds and 20 trout in the box.
5/20....Pat and his group braved the windy conditions to put together a nice box of 8 reds and 29 trout.
5/24....Chuck and the boys had another good day putting 20 reds, 10 drum and 2 heads in the box.
5/25....Eric and his group fished hard in the windy conditions to catch 14 nice reds and a trout.
All the fish were caught on live cocahos or dead shrimp 1 foot under a lemon cork.
CHALLENGER RODS, ABU REELS AND H&H tackle HAULED THEM IN AGAIN
