What's the water level like? It sure would be nice to get out there before all the bugs start showing up.

The water level is still a couple feet down, but it's high compared to all winter. Their pushing a lot of water in and it's off color on the west end. I'm going to try this weekend for largemouth. I'll post how I do. Still way too early for gills. They don't usually get going until mid to late april.
