Nothing makes us happier than to see young bowhunters succeed, and we think you'll agree when you see Bowhunter '06 Youth Hunter Essay Contest grand prize winner Nate Corley take his first Saskatchewan black bear, thanks to outfitter Parkland Muskwa. In the second feature, Equipment Editor Curt Wells' no-quit attitude pays off on a nice whitetail buck at Kentucky's outstanding Deer Creek Lodge.
