answering my own question.... Not Frozen! It is developing a heavy skim of ice at the dam face and a decent portion of that end of the reservoir.
Just up there 12/26/07 @ 5pm

P.S. Be so careful on the highway 26 it is straight ice

Thanks for the update! Checked it myself on the same day and was planning on fishing it, however, if you read my Palies report you understand why my intial disapointment turned into gratification.
