Here are some pics of a nice buck in Sardine canyon with about 25 does. I hope they turned out. He is a heavy 3x4 and i wouldn't mind flinging some lead at this bruiser.[cool]

Nice buck. Too bad the snow hasn't melted a little bit so they can have some forage.

I watched these deer for an hour and they bottomed out most of the time.[unsure] Kinda to watch, but they can handle alot. I noticed a ton a snow melting and blowing off south facing slopes in the past 2 days. That should help them out a bunch.[cool]

I watched a few bucks and bulls on Saturday up in Morgan and there were quite a few dead deer up in the hills with the birds all over them. Kinda sucks.

Yeah, it is hard to watch them starve. They got hit with snows they have not had in 4 or 5 years.[unsure]

Sad but that is nature. Winter didn't start til T-day down south so they should be better off.

I got a shot at this buck this year around dark and spent a few hours looking for blood. Glad to see that did miss and he survived.
