Mammoth/Sevier river (report)
#1
I took advantage of the warm weather Sunday to hopefully catch a hatch going on. I started on the Sevier River and caught and released three 14" white fish on a orange scud. I hit the few holes I know holds fish and then left to explore Mammoth before summer hits. I started down by the corral and spooked my first fish getting out of my car. I fished bellow the corral with a few browns coming out to take a look at my 20 blue wing dun and hopper but no takers. I fished above the corral with a Caddis and a pheasant tailed dropper. Missed two and spooked the rest. I think I'm going to wait till the hopper season starts.
