Boat Registration/License Stickers

Hey folks, I was tromping around on some abandoned fishing boats on a recent trip here in NC and saw these stickers on one side. Any idea what they are for? I was hoping I could figure out how old the boats were since they looked ancient but the one sticker says 1990.

Those stickers appear to be the registration and licensing for the boat for those years. They would not necessarily give you the age of the boat.

The rest of the number/letter series can be traced to your motor vehichle dept to get more information on the vessel.[cool]
