Best budget surf rod

Hey everybody, I have been looking over some rods, and I was wondering which one was the best for the price. My budget is low, so I have been looking over the following rods:
Daiwa Eliminator,
Daiwa Sealine,
and the Shakespear Ugly Stick Surf Rod
I want to get a rod for under seventy dollars. Any previous experience with these rods or others for around this price range would really be appreciated.
