Goooooood fishing Costa Rica!!!!
Well it looks like Sunny One is kicking some tail. The Capt files this report with me.
1/19/09 Docks with 1 Dinner Dorado and 5 Sails
1/26/09 Steams into the Bay after hooking up 12 Sails and 2 Dorados
1/27/09 Spots 7 Sails and releases 2 on the run
1/28/09 Docks with a respectable 6 Sails and 2 Dorados Thanks Capt and Mate Miguel and all anglers!!!

] Ingrediants:
Red Beans Chopped steak meat and hamburger meat, steak sauce garlic, onion celery carrots canned tomatoes bell pepper chili powder green onions mushrooms chedder cheese Jack cheese Jalepeños and tobasco Corn chips salt and pepper. And last but not least ,and very important Ice cream.
In a pot soak the beans
In a skillet saute chopped veggies and meat until browned. Add mushrooms,chili powder,salt,pepper and Jalepeños plus steak sauce. then add your canned tomatoes. Throw it all together with the beans(if not cooking with wood you can throw in a few drops off liquid smoke mesquite)Add water and adjust spices. Cook over medium heat checking liquid levels Try to start Chili a day before the GAME.
Serve pipping hot and top with a mixture of grated Jack and Cheeder cheese with some Jalepeño and chopped green onions
Put out a plate off the chips and crackers on the side
Then sit back in your favorite chair with a frig full of ice coldies and a bowl full of Chili and flatulate away.
Note: The ICE CREAM CONE is to take to the bathroom with you the next day. Any flavor will do,as you wont be eating it!!!You will thank me for this!!!!!!!
