#1
I found application fishing calendar for iphone on itunes store. Has anyone of you tried this, because i would like to know if this application works before i buy it. It says that it will show you good and bad fishing days/hours. Is that possible to calculate? Please let me know if it is worth buying ?

Hey carporium,
Welcom to BFT it is good to see new members here.

Your question is a good one. I assume that the program has to do with the moon phases.
The answer is tricky, because some people believe that you can predict good and bad fishing days with the phases of the moon. And then there are those who think that the whole concept is a bunch of hooie.
I fall somewhere inbetween...lol
If you google moon phases and fishing together you will find a lot of information. I am not convinced either way, yet.
The only one who can say whether or not it would do you any good is you...you have to be confident in the tool or you will not use it to its full potential.
Let us know how it works if you get it.

[#008000][Image: happy.gif]For $4.00 how can you go wrong. Just might order that program myself. BTW I have an iPod Touch and I have down loaded several Fly Fishing videos for free. Cool thing to watch while waiting in a Drs office or where ever.[/#008000]

I may have another cool little app for you to look at. Check out Find-a-Fish (Find-a-Fish Lite)

You can find moon phases - for free - on the web. It also exists in the in-fisherman magizine. No need to purchase an app.
