Called up ChooChooSnakeMan to see if he was up for a couple hours of fishing this afternoon and he was psyched. Fished with crappie stingers and panfish assassins in the same general area that I fished yesterday. Not as many big fish but still some. Fished for between 2 and 2.5 hours and had 9 keeper crappie and 2 keeper bass each a bit over 2lbs. Fished a 4 to 6 count with some of the fish being deeper out over the drop. The water temp had dropped another degree since yesterday. The bite was incredibly subtle today even with the bass. It almost seemed that we had to have ESP to know if there was a fish on the line. The weather was even nastier today. The rain was more and seemed colder. We fished earlier in the day than yesterday. Today it was about 2:30 to 4:45. Not many people on the lake today. I don't think even one boat came by us today. It was great to be out there for a while with a good friend and catch some fish. Here are some pics.
