Well all I can say is I am glad the Guntersville part of my fishing season is over for another year. I really don't like that lake very much. Me and Ol' BR went down there yesterday to see if the fish we were on during the CFF TX were still there; they were, so we didn't fish them very much and searched for new areas, and didn't have much luck, but did lose one in a area that was a toad. Today we put in in a driving rain, blasted off ran to Mink Creek and pretty much stayed in there all day. We caught 15+ fish with atleast 10 keepers for a total weight of 17.95 pounds. No where close to the money, it took 29+ to win and 2nd was 28+. All our fish were caught on a rattlebait of one sort or another and a couple of diffrent colors. All our fish were in less than 4 FOW. I enjoyed the diffrent type of fishing the last few trips down there, but I am afraid someone has ruined me chasing those Ol' Brownfish. Thanks for listening to all my whining the last week or two Rick, I relly don't care for that lake to much, have I said that yet? All joking aside I enjoyed my travels to the far away and foreign type of fishing, and look forward to next year's TX.
