Hit Island park yesterday the ice was still really good at lakeside so slush about three feet thick well up to the motor on the auger however thick that is. The ice at the dam was a little slushy if you left the snowmobile tracks, we caught twelve fish and kept five the biggest being 17 inches. It was a beautiful day but it might be the last time I get out this year.

That darkest fish is real pretty. I never have fished Island Park but it looks like a fun place to go. Thanks for the report.

We caught a couple on everything worms, powerbait, and jigs I caught the biggest one on a buck shot jig.
