Thinking of hitting the narrows towards the end of the week. Just wondering if any eys are coming out of there yet. Any reports from the last few days would be great. Thanks and good fishing!
Anyone have a report for the Narrows?

Went just yesterday cpl ppl had some. water was high in mid 600's you can check the water level @ http://www.pacificorp.com/hydro_hiws/Bel...mFlow.html
The dam is still froze over but not safe ice there is open spots infact if you just make it up past the first docs (need 4x4 after the first docks at the dam right now) you can see the whole thing is open.... But as for the eye's nothing constant from anyone i have talked to yet..... Water is a real nice dark green color right now....HOPE THIS HELPS!!! [signature]

Thanks for the info, hopefully the weather will change, and the eyes will show up. How long do you think it will be until you can launch in the reservoir. I'd like to get in there as well. Did you have any success with the trout. It would be a nice backup if i can't get an eye to play.

Have seen a few post about walleys in the Narrows. I had no idea, I have always fished that for trout. Where do you fish for those critters? What do they usually hit. PM me if you don't want to post the info.

Personally i have only fished it once and that was mid summer for trout as well. I would also welcome any help that i can get. I have caught a few in the reservoir above but nothing below the dam. I've heard that bouncing jigs through the holes works, as well bouncing a worm off the bottom. Other than that i'm just guessing.
